WHAT PAPERWORK DO I NEED TO SEND WITH MY RETURNS

The Invoice/Delivery Note emailed to you, is also the Returns Form which needs completing and putting INSIDE the returns parcel.

The return & refund process will be delayed if this is not included, as the bar code is used to restock and refund
